msb expresses a personal vision for music in which sounds interact with each other with the sort of interconnected latticework that one observes in natural events. His music is inspired by the irrational genius of 1970s dub producers, the powerful rhythm of today's minimal and electro music, and the intricately woven psytrance and cinematic techno he showcased on "Hypnotic State" on UC Santa Barbara's KCSB-FM around the year 2000.
